My name is JoAnn Davis, I was born in upper New York state and moved to Brevard County in 1965 with IBM as part of the space program. In 1978, I took my Real Estate License Course and went to work as a Salesperson at a condominium complex in Cocoa Beach. In 1984, I opened my own brokerage and have been in business every since.
I have been actively involved in the local Board of Realtors for the past 28 years. I have served as President twice and am currently on the Board of Directors. I participate in the Real Estate Political Action Cause to help protect homeowner’s private property rights.
